VIKTOR&ROLF

FALL/WINTER 2025

READY-TO-WEAR

Our inspiration comes from both the past and the present. This shift toward everyday dressing is about movement - creating clothes to be lived in, whether transitioning from work to dinner or simply walking the dog. It’s couture reimagined for daily life, infused with our signature ‘Minimal Baroque’ aesthetic.”

- Viktor&Rolf

For the Fall/Winter 2025 RTW collection, Viktor&Rolf bring its couture artistry to everyday fashion. Known for its bold and contrasted designs, this collection blends abstraction with wearability, reimagining classic wardrobe staples through sculptural deconstruction that move and live effortlessly. Drawing inspiration from the striking forms of the Fall/Winter 2024 Haute Couture collection ‘Haute Abstraction,’ it combines sharp tailoring, signature details, and rich textures with more relaxed, pieces like denim or outerwear, designed in collaboration with Mackintosh.

Every piece is a statement: sculptural, playful, and expressive. Bold silhouettes come to life through expert pattern-making and detailed seaming, creating standout pieces like tailored balloon trousers in Japanese tuxedo wool and a relaxed denim version. Dramatic ruffled white collars add both structure and sensuality, while the color palette moves from black, grey, and dark berry to fresh accents of white, mint, and sky-blue denim. A classic beige hue, “golden fawn,” appears in gabardine daywear, reflecting the maison’s dedication to refined wardrobe staples.

Wardrobe staples are transformed with layered, duplicating, and cloning effects, drawing on Viktor&Rolf’s signature design language. This approach bridges the brand’s heritage with modern silhouettes.

Draped bows are seamlessly integrated into garment patterns, creating sculptural tops, dresses, and skirts. Delicate tulle textures showcase couture craftsmanship adapted for ready-to-wear.
