A mermaid dress built around all-over ruching that moves and gathers with the body's natural shape. Made from stretch crepe mesh, the sleeveless, fitted silhouette runs to an ankle length. Drawing on Viktor&Rolf's archival references and Madame Grès, the fabric wraps and elongates through the body through controlled gathers and layered constructions, rather than adding volume to it.
